Article 1 Purpose
These Terms set forth the basic matters related to use of services provided through the website operated by the Company.
Article 2 Definitions
“Website” means the virtual business site established by the Company using information and communication facilities to provide goods or services to users.
“User” means both members and non-members who access the website and receive services provided by the Company under these Terms.
“Member” means a person who has registered on the website and can continuously use the services provided by the Company.
Article 3 Display and Amendment of Terms
The Company displays these Terms, company name, business address, representative name, business registration number, contact information, and related details on the initial screen of the website so users can view them.
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws and will announce the effective date and reason for amendment in advance.
Article 4 Provision and Suspension of Services
The Company performs services including providing information on goods or services, concluding purchase contracts, delivery and service provision, and other tasks determined by the Company.
The Company may temporarily suspend service provision due to equipment inspection, replacement, malfunction, communication failure, or similar causes.
Article 5 Membership Registration and Withdrawal
Users may apply for membership by entering member information according to the registration form designated by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.
Members may request withdrawal at any time through website functions or customer support, and the Company will process the request according to applicable procedures.
Article 6 User Obligations
Users must not register false information, misuse another person’s information, alter posted information without authorization, infringe intellectual property rights, damage the reputation of the Company or a third party, or interfere with business operations.

Article 8 Disclaimer
The Company is exempt from liability if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.
Article 9 Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Lawsuits concerning disputes between the Company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal office.
The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the Company and users.
