MediRevive has established and disclosed the following privacy policy in order to protect the personal information of information subjects in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to promptly and smoothly handle any grievances related thereto.
Article 1 Purpose of processing personal information
We process personal information for the following purposes: to register and manage your membership, provide services, inform you about contracts and billing, provide personalized services, and respond to customer inquiries.
If the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Article 2 Items of Personal Data We Process
In the process of membership registration and service operation, we may process essential items such as name, date of birth, ID, password, mobile phone number, and email address.
Optionally, you can include additional information, such as whether you’ve opted in to receive marketing and your address.
IP address, cookies, MAC address, service usage history, visit history, etc. may be automatically generated and collected during the course of your use of the Service.
Article 3 Processing and retention period of personal information
The Company shall process and retain personal information within the period of retention and use in accordance with laws and regulations or within the period agreed upon by the information subject.
Membership and management information is retained until you withdraw your membership, and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we may retain records of contract or subscription withdrawal for 5 years, records of payment and supply of goods for 5 years, records of consumer complaints or dispute handling for 3 years, and records of website visits for 3 months.
Article 4 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
As a general rule, we do not provide your personal information to outside parties.
In the event of an external consignment that requires the processing of personal information for the smooth provision of services, we will separately notify the consignee and the details of the consignment.
Article 5 Procedures and methods of destruction of personal information
The Company will destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period for personal information has expired or the purpose for which it was processed has been fulfilled.
Electronic files are deleted by technical means that cannot be recovered, and paper documents are destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or request suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
You may request to exercise your rights in writing or by e-mail, and the Company will act without delay in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
